Having returned from our vacation on the Black Sea, we remember with gratitude our stay in the guest house “Golden Maple”, which is located in the village of Vityazevo.
Big greetings to the owners of the house - Alexander Modestovich, Raisa Alexandrovna and to the entire friendly hotel staff!

Let us say right away that our expectations and ideas about the services offered, obtained from the Internet, were justified.
This year we decided to resume our vacation on the Black Sea in the Krasnodar region. We decided to choose something calmer and more suitable for children. It was decided not to visit Gelendzhik, which we had previously examined; Anapa was no longer needed due to the crowds, which ultimately came true, and on the advice of colleagues and acquaintances we settled on the village of Vityazevo.
On the Internet, we got acquainted in absentia with the future place of stay and, at the same time, with offers of accommodation.
From the mass of hotels and guest houses, what was read and objectively presented, and what is important and pleasant, in 3D images, attracted interest at the Klen Hotel. Since we have two small children of 4 years old and a teenager of 13 years old, we needed comfort, a closed and cozy area, we were attracted by an indoor pool and a children's playground.

We called and explained everything to us. We booked a room. Moreover, you could choose with or without a balcony.
For the safety of children, we chose without a balcony. Closer to the planned departure for vacation, we found out the bank account number to which it was necessary to send a deposit amounting to the daily amount of accommodation.
We called back and checked to see if everything had arrived. We agreed on a transfer.

They immediately described to us the person who would meet us. They were worried whether everything would be fair and whether they would meet us.
Previously we had a not very positive experience with transfers. Two days on the train were immediately crowned with pleasantness.
From the windows of the carriage we saw a man holding a sign “Golden Maple”. You can understand how confidence in the chosen hotel has grown.
A little later we found out that the owner, Alexander Modestovich Klenov, met us.

Upon arrival, the room was freshly cleaned, but we were given a choice of two.
Perhaps we were lucky, but the fact is clear. From those offered, we chose for our family of 5 people the one that was a little more spacious and with a view of the village, hotels and the sea. The rooms are not large, but we have no complaints, since in the room we only performed morning procedures, drank tea and coffee and had a snack - there is a refrigerator, there is a table, there is a TV to accompany us, a good powerful air conditioner is available, we came in the afternoon for a “quiet hour” children.
The eldest son looked after the sleeping kids and at the same time used the Wi-Fi capabilities, while we explored the village and visited retail outlets. After sleep, we went to the beach again or went down to the pool, and returned to the room, of course, to sleep. There was enough shared bathroom for everyone.

During your stay, the existing swimming pool became a real highlight of your holiday. and sometimes a salvation for us, parents. In the heat of the day, the children enjoyed swimming under the roof after the beach, and, tired, rested in a quiet hour. We did not experience any rain, and guests who arrived earlier said that they appreciated the indoor pool. In the evening after the beach before the pool closed, it was also impossible to do without visiting it. Good water exercise for the night!

There may be a minus that he worked from 8.00 to 21.00, but rules are rules. At least we didn't complain.

After reconnaissance of the area, we appreciated that the chosen hotel was located away from large and noisy hotels, from the entertainment alley that stretched between parallel streets leading to the beach. And the distance from the beach is quite acceptable to take a walk, stop by a canteen-cafe along the way, of which there are many, and buy vegetables, fruits, groceries, souvenirs, etc. along the way. True, with children this hike takes 15 minutes. Ideally, it turned into a painful hour-plus for us.

But on the plus side: there are many canteens with a variety of dishes, trays with baked goods, beach accessories and supplies, souvenirs... We won’t repeat ourselves. Having had lunch upon arrival in the hotel dining room, we then ate on the way from or to the beach, turning this into another adventure for the children. But also one of the minuses: the children did not appreciate the food in the hotel cafeteria. And then, it seemed to us that food at Klena was a little more expensive than in the accompanying canteens. In addition, along the way we could take mineral water, and the children had an oxygen cocktail in the opened pavilion.

We were pleased with the location of our hotel and also the fact that along the way, a maximum of 200 meters, there was a grocery store, a wine store with local wines and cognac liqueurs, opposite there was a stall in which delicious grilled chicken was prepared, the children happily devoured the diet dish.

Another plus we appreciated was our separate “Klena” beach. And this year he was not very far from the entrance to the beach. A little further from the central one - Paralia and closer to the second one, where on the border of paving stones and beach sand there is a fountain and the Olympia water park is built.
The beach is small, but there was enough space and sun loungers for everyone. But it would be nice to add umbrellas.
Therefore, as on any beaches: the sooner you arrive, the sooner you will take a place under the umbrella. By the way, the “Klena” beach was now open from 8.00 to 20.00. The sun loungers were placed by a special caretaker, but they could be moved at will. Unlike the neighboring beach of another hotel, on which all the sunbeds were connected by a chain, and moving the sunbed was problematic.

The bottom and the beach itself- sandy, as we needed for children, but the bottom is uneven. If opposite our beach it gradually deepened and then shallowed again, then having passed perpendicular to the deep place opposite our beach, opposite the neighboring one, it was already knee-deep. But in any case, you need to keep an eye on the children. The water was clean all days of our stay. There were algae near the shore, but further away there was much less of it and even the bottom was visible.

About excursions.
Prices for trips are the same everywhere, but the tours vary. Stalls with offers are also in the same direction. Returning from the beach, we paid for the planned excursion to the lotuses and mud on the Azov Sea. We were lucky that such an excursion was in our passing stall. Having carried out reconnaissance along other streets of the village, which are located higher from our hotel, we noticed slightly lower prices for food there, but the excursion stalls did not offer the desired excursion.

The meeting point for the trip was also a stone's throw from the hotel. If we were picked up at 8.40, then even with small children we had time to have breakfast and get on the bus on time. By the way, during the 5-year break in visiting the Krasnodar region, I was pleasantly surprised that the buses are now air-conditioned, which cannot be said about the trains. But on the downside, along the way they stopped stopping at the melon farm, where they used to be able to buy watermelons or melons for cheap. And self-made cognacs and wines are no longer held in high esteem. But during the excursion there was a free tasting of local factory wines, and we purchased the Kuban Balsam we liked.

Returning to the hotel, it is worth noting that there is no traffic flow here, the hotel is located at the dead end of the alley. But one of the downsides for many, and especially parents of children in wheelchairs: when leaving the hotel gates, you have to overcome an impressive flight of stairs. The gangways for strollers were not all along the span; mothers and fathers lifted strollers in their arms; it was not easy for the elderly either.
But whether this will be a big obstacle for you, everyone decides for themselves.

The vacation is over, we are at home, rested after the trip and now we can write a review about the Golden Maple Hotel. We started selecting options in the fall of 2018. After some discussion, the decision was made to go to Golden Maple. The fairly close location to the sea, the presence of a swimming pool (in case of bad weather), and food in our own cafe played a big role. We called, made a reservation for the beginning of July, agreed to call after the new year, called again on January 5, discussed all the details with the administrator and began to wait for the summer.
The trip was a success from the very beginning: the road was easy and not burdensome, upon arrival they were waiting for us at the carriage with a Golden Maple sign. Ten minutes of travel and we are already at the guest house. There are flowers everywhere on the territory, and of course a huge grape vine. Administrator Yana, a most positive person, met us, we hugged and kissed))), she told us everything, showed us, explained, and gave us a pass to the beach. We quickly checked into our room. The room has everything you need, namely: beds (double and single), a small refrigerator (a quarter of a large watermelon fit comfortably), TV (there are not many channels, but we came to the sea)))), air conditioning, shared bathroom, large balcony (a table and three chairs made it possible to drink tea early in the morning while enjoying the sea air). Cleaning upon request, change of bed linen every five days.
Immediately, grabbing our swimwear, we went to the sea. The road along Svetlaya Street takes 15 minutes on foot. Along the way, we looked at numerous shops with goods; if you forgot to put something in your suitcase, you can buy it here. When exiting the main beach, you need to turn right and walk a little more to find yourself in the fenced area of the Golden Maple State House. On the beach there are huge yellow umbrellas, a large number of sun loungers, inflatable toys and inflatable pools for the little ones. The beach is looked after by old-timer Ivan, who, when visiting for the first time, must be shown a pass.
After swimming, we worked up an appetite, so we immediately went to the cafe at the State Duma. The food in Golden Maple is at the highest level, thanks to the girls and especially Ella (we also kiss and hug))). Everything is always fresh and very tasty.
During the hottest hours we enjoyed visiting the indoor pool.
The vacation flew by unnoticed, HUGE thanks to all the staff of Golden Maple for the care with which you constantly surround your guests. Look out for us next year.

This year we didn’t go to Vityazevo; our friends persuaded us to go to Golubitskaya, in Azov. Our children vacationed in Golden Maple this summer. We arrived satisfied... We liked everything. It didn’t seem bad for us to relax in Golubitskaya either, but that’s not it. To be honest, I regretted that we didn’t go to Golden Maple. This year it has become even better, everything is clean and tidy, an animator works with the kids in the evening, the food in the dining room is delicious, the portions are large (in the guest house where we stayed, the portions were much smaller, for the same price), the swimming pool is indoors (a big plus, especially for children) . The beach of the guest house has become even more comfortable, there is a shower, toilet, cafe, everything is well-equipped - just beautiful. And what a wonderful staff in the guest house, people work with their souls. Just WELL DONE!!! I won’t make any plans))), but if we go next year, we’ll come to you.

Our family recently returned from a vacation we spent in Vityazevo at the Golden Maple guest house, where we vacationed not for the first time (and I think not the last). My review will be extremely positive, we really liked everything, the children left in tears. Starting from the first day, when we were met on the train platform, then check-in, accommodation, food, staff, beach, we were satisfied with everything. Prices are about the same as everywhere else, somewhere a little more expensive, somewhere you can find it cheaper. The only wish for the management is to consider the possibility of introducing basic cash payment by cards, after all, in the modern world we are already accustomed to this method of payment, we arrived with cards, then ran to withdraw money from an ATM, where there are still many of the same people who want it. And so, we would like to express our deep gratitude to all the staff of this guest house, and we hope to see you soon!

Excellent guest house. We liked it very much. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, sleep is comfortable, the room has everything you need, everything works. The floor tiles in the room are new, everything is clean, the TV and air conditioning worked great. The toilets are clean. Yes, the stairs are quite steep, but we lived on the first one and it didn’t bother us)).
The staff is polite and attentive, no complaints at all.
We had internet in our room, although it was better in the internet connection.
We ate in the dining room of the guest house, everything was always fresh, everything was delicious, the food was varied, the portions were large, and the prices were the same as everywhere else. I’m not a fan of drive-thru, street canteens; they’ll poison you with anything expired and won’t bat an eyelid.
About the territory: well-maintained cleanliness and order. There are exercise equipment, benches for relaxation, a children's corner with a slide, swings, and a tennis table. Everything is fine. On site you can sunbathe, there are sun loungers with soft mattresses - comfortable. There is a place under a canopy where you can sit in the evening.
There is an excellent indoor pool, with an area for small children; the pool is a bit stuffy in the heat, but if you swim, you don’t notice it.
An animator, a girl named Glafira, worked with the children in the evenings. Our children became very friendly with her. They played, danced, drew, had fun competitions. In general, you could forget about the children in the evening)).
If you have any questions, you can contact the administrators, we were never denied a request, everything was resolved quickly, we need an extra sheet in the room, or a towel, or a plate - please. We didn’t hear any refusals.
It took 15-20 minutes to get to the sea. It has its own fenced beach. It's clean, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, toys and inflatable pools for kids. The sea was clean, although two days before leaving, algae appeared, well, it happens, this is the sea, it has its own life... But in general, the guest house is excellent. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

We vacationed in Golden Maple in August. The location is not bad, there is a park nearby, cafes and eateries too, it’s not a quick walk to the sea for 20-25 minutes, although you need to walk in the sun. The beach is fenced. sunbeds, umbrellas, shower, toilet, circles and children's toys. The beach keeper is a good guy. The hotel itself will not have a very good review. The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside, but the same cannot be said about the rooms. The room we found was gloomy, there was only one socket in the room (take the tees with you), the linoleum in the room was torn and swollen (they pushed the bed aside and were shocked), there was no sound insulation, when someone flushes in the toilet upstairs, you hear everything, it rumbles so much It’s as if an “Alien” is sitting in the pipes and trying to break out. The entrance door is flimsy, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. There is no kettle in the room, this is a big minus, for hot water from the cooler you need to go up the stairs to the reception, but there is no cold water in the cooler (service). The advertised Internet is not available in the rooms, you can only get it at the reception and only if you can connect (which is not at all easy). There is a refrigerator in the room, it cools perfectly. Another interesting point, in a four-bed room for 4 people and 4 beds (attention) - three plates, three glasses, three blankets, the fourth person is walking through the forest, he has not earned himself a guest set))) The beds are comfortable, you can sleep, they don’t creak , soft mattresses. Plasma TV. The dining room is expensive compared to others on the main street, you can eat even tastier and significantly cheaper in other places. The territory of the guest house itself is not large, there are a couple of exercise equipment, a swing, a tennis table, and sun loungers on the terrace. It was possible to place a couple of Umbrellas on the terrace (not everyone can stand the sun). The pool is large, spacious, with a toilet and shower, but very stuffy (there is no exhaust system), you can’t stay there for a long time, the high concentration of chlorine gives you a severe headache. The water in it is warm. The pool is open from 8-00 to 21-00, which is not good, sometimes after 9 you want to go for a swim, but it’s already closed (a big minus) and on Thursdays it’s generally closed for sanitary day (I think this is complete nonsense), you need it at night clean it, you take a lot of money from people for accommodation, so then give people a complete normal rest for their money. Still not pleased with the steps from the hotel and in the hotel itself. Spiral staircases in the building itself, very dangerous, narrow and steep, to get to the pool and dining room, again steps, but stone and smooth (but still steps), and to go to the sea there are again a lot of steps from the hotel, but nothing there yet , but when you come from the sea, bathed and nailed by the sun, and there is such an obstacle ahead, then the thought immediately pops into your head, never set foot here again (a huge minus). Pleasant hotel owner, met several times. In general, the guest house is not bad for a one-time stay and is suitable for a stay of no more than a week. There is nothing to do there more than once.

We vacationed in Klen from June 19-26, 2017, we liked everything. It’s 10 minutes to the sea without rushing, the dining room is good, the service is excellent, thanks to the girl Yanina. Vityazevo is our favorite resort. We found not only good beaches there, but also our favorite hotel, which we are ready to go to and go to year after year. And now we have been vacationing only there for 3 years. A wonderful hotel with all amenities. You still need to look for one like this in Vityazevo. Amenities in the room and on site, the staff is wonderful, the price is low, this combination is quite rare for our resort. So I recommend the guest house "Golden Maple" to everyone!

Thank you to the Golden Maple Hotel for a wonderful stay! Vityazevo, we miss you!!! We rested in this hotel from 21.08 to 29.08. The vacation was short due to the child's illness. I had to cut a whole week short and arrive later. The owners, contrary to what we seemed to promise and did not come, having heard that the child was sick, good-naturedly wished a speedy recovery and our arrival. Instead of grumbling and reproaching us for booking and not going. We were kindly given a room upon arrival. True, not the same as what we booked, but no less bad. We are very grateful for the humane attitude, for the warm welcome, for our good rest. Luckily we were lucky with the weather, we had time to swim and even go on an excursion to the water park in Gelendzhik. The child was put back on his feet, the summer was a success!

We vacationed in August 2017. We came on the recommendation of friends. They visited in 2016. The guest house is wonderful. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. We were on vacation as two families with children. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner of the guest house, Alexander Modestovich, a very pleasant man, helped us with our suitcases, and delivered us to the place with a breeze)). We booked 2 rooms on the first floor. Rooms: Not large, but clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, mirror, small table, linen closet. The only thing missing was a clock in the room. The bathroom is clean, everything works perfectly, water is uninterrupted and available 24 hours a day. There was a free outlet for charging phones. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a cooler with boiling water at the reception and dining room. There were hangers for linen in the hallway and on the street (we had a room without a balcony). On the second floor there is an ironing board and iron. Internet: I used it on the first and second floors. But higher up, they say, intermittently. The upper floors went out to catch wi-fi at the reception. Of course, it would be necessary to install additional routers. How could it be without the Internet))), and rest is not rest (just kidding, of course). Meals: We ate in the dining room of the guest house, the menu was varied, the food was delicious, the portions were huge (the children took half each, since they didn’t eat it). I really liked the fact that the canteen is open from 8 to 22. That is, there is no time limit. There is a discount in the dining room, i.e. you come to eat, choose dishes, everything is written down on your account, you don’t need money with you. You can pay the bill on any day, as convenient for you, you can every day, in the morning (as I did), you can once a week, you can at the end of your vacation, or you can at the beginning (by depositing a certain amount into the account). Very comfortably. Prices are affordable, no more expensive than in the area. But everything is fresh. This is important for us because we were vacationing with children. We must pay tribute to the fact that everywhere was clean, we didn’t catch any infections, although when we were going there were concerns. We were traveling at the very peak of the holiday season. I took all sorts of medicines with me, they were not useful, thank God.)) About the territory: The territory is not large, but everything is there. There is a large indoor pool, quite deep with a shower and toilet, the pool has a shallow section for little ones, there are circles and vests. The pool is a place where you can sunbathe, with everything you need. There is a slide for children, several exercise machines, swings, a tennis table, and benches for relaxation. There are tables under a canopy where you can sit in the evening. In August, a girl animator Glasha worked, the children were always busy in the evening))), which made the parents very happy)). They played, danced, drew, held competitions, etc. The kids really liked it and are going again next year)). About the beach: The guest house has its own beach, fenced and clean. There is everything you need, sun loungers, umbrellas, children's swimming equipment, inflatable pools for babies, buckets, scoops, etc. You don’t have to carry it with you, you have everything. It’s a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the beach, along the road there are trays with all sorts of things where you can buy whatever you don’t need)). About stairs: What can I say? They are)) . When you go to the beach, there is a staircase leading from the guest house, since the guest house is located on a hill, if your legs are not sore, then there is nothing wrong with it. You can bypass it, but then move on. Room cleaning: Upon request, at least every day. You approach the girls-administrators at the reception and order cleaning. When you come from the beach, it’s clean)). Linen is changed every 5 days. If something needs to be changed earlier, or something is needed additionally, please do not refuse us anything. I advise you, if something is wrong, do not hesitate, contact the administrators, they will solve everything. In general, the guest house is excellent, in this price category, one might say the best. I advise anyone who is planning to relax on the Black Sea coast. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would like to come again. Many thanks to the owners and staff of the guest house for a wonderful stay.

We rested in Golden Maple in August. The location is not bad, there is a park nearby, cafes and eateries too, it’s not a quick walk to the sea for 20-25 minutes, although you need to walk in the sun. The beach is fenced. sunbeds, umbrellas, shower, toilet, circles and children's toys. The beach keeper is a good guy. The hotel itself will not have a very good review. The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside, but the same cannot be said about the rooms. The room we found was gloomy, there was only one socket in the room (take the tees with you), the linoleum in the room was torn and swollen (they pushed the bed aside and were shocked), there was no sound insulation, when someone flushes in the toilet upstairs, you hear everything, it rumbles so much It’s as if an “Alien” is sitting in the pipes and trying to break out. The entrance door is flimsy, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. There is no kettle in the room, this is a big minus, for hot water from the cooler you need to go up the stairs to the reception, but there is no cold water in the cooler (service). The advertised Internet is not available in the rooms, you can only get it at the reception and only if you can connect (which is not at all easy). There is a refrigerator in the room, it cools perfectly. Another interesting point, in a four-bed room for 4 people and 4 beds (attention) - three plates, three glasses, three blankets, the fourth person is walking through the forest, he has not earned himself a guest set))) The beds are comfortable, you can sleep, they don’t creak , soft mattresses. Plasma TV. The dining room is expensive compared to others on the main street, you can eat even tastier and significantly cheaper in other places. The territory of the guest house itself is not large, there are a couple of exercise equipment, a swing, a tennis table, and sun loungers on the terrace. It was possible to place a couple of Umbrellas on the terrace (not everyone can stand the sun). The pool is large, spacious, with a toilet and shower, but very stuffy (there is no exhaust system), you can’t stay there for a long time, the high concentration of chlorine gives you a severe headache. The water in it is warm. The pool is open from 8-00 to 21-00, which is not good, sometimes after 9 you want to go for a swim, but it’s already closed (a big minus) and on Thursdays it’s generally closed for sanitary day (I think this is complete nonsense), you need it at night clean it, you take a lot of money from people for accommodation, so then give people a complete normal rest for their money. Still not pleased with the steps from the hotel and in the hotel itself. Spiral staircases in the building itself, very dangerous, narrow and steep, to get to the pool and dining room, again steps, but stone and smooth (but still steps), and to go to the sea there are again a lot of steps from the hotel, but nothing there yet , but when you come from the sea, bathed and nailed by the sun, and there is such an obstacle ahead, then the thought immediately pops into your head, never set foot here again (a huge minus). Pleasant hotel owner, met several times. In general, the guest house is not bad for a one-time stay and is suitable for a stay of no more than a week. There is nothing to do there more than once.
